Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Very efficient service

I was very pleased to start my application for home insurance on line but when I encountered a problem, this was dealt with very efficiently on the phone.

Good product but poor support

The insurance I bought was competitively priced for a broad range of cover. However, since purchasing the insurance I have been unable to view it through MyAviva. This has been unresolved for almost a month, despite requesting assistance from customer support.

very efficent great service

from the time I called Aviva to clam a break in my home, was told our clams department will call you back within half an hour, and I did receive a call within that half an hour really happy with my insurance service

Good insurance, poor IT systems

The insurance product meets my needs. But buying online has proved a complete faff. Aviva currently has a problem with its IT systems. You buy the policy, but when you log into your account it's not there. No reference to it. No documents. So you have to phone up to get someone to email the documents to you. They then log a ticket with their IT people to get your new policy added to your account. 3 weeks on and it still doesn't show and no one can tell me when it will be fixed.
