Good Value Home Insurance

I bought Home Insurance without hesitation because Aviva listened to my case where my previous insurance did not want to know. I am also considering to add my Motor Insurance with my wife’s when is due for renewal. I recommend Aviva.

Very helpful lady but a long wait to speak to a human

House and contents insurance renewal. Helpful lady found a major problem and corrected it for me as it could have been disastrous. Some information is difficult to absorb in a phone call, so the option to read this before committing to payment would be helpful. Computer communication relies on a prescribed format and some assumptions which do not apply to all., and hence can be inflexible. However overall I was happy with the service.

Buy cover and can't access it!

I bought my house and contents insurance with Aviva. Following my purchase I received the confirmation email and when i click through to view my policies or simply log in to the site, I'm told 'we could not find any policies to view'. The money has come out of my bank account and I don't have access to my policies, very concerning! Tried to contact Aviva, the chat bot tells me to call and when I call I'm on hold too long so haven't got through to speak to anyone.

I'm sorry to read your review. I can see that you registered for a guest account which wasn't linked to your policy. I've now deleted that account & sent you an email to finish the registration of one that's linked to your policy. Please follow the instructions on the email & you'll be logged on in no time & be able to view your insurance.

Exceptional Online Experience

Flood claim
