Frequently Asked Questions

Ask us a question

You asked: Am I covered for emergency medical treatment in the UK?

We will not pay for medical expenses when you are travelling within the UK, Jersey and Isle of Man as this is covered by your health authority e.g. NHS, but we will pay up tp £2,000 towards the cost of getting you home if you are seriously ill or injured and you cannot use your return ticket. We also cover other associated expenses.

The exception to this is when you are travelling to the other Channel Islands e.g. Guernsey, Alderney etc, where we would pay for your medical expenses, as there is no cover provided by the health authorities

Cover limits and exclusions apply so for further information please see our Policy Booklet.
