How it works

We’ve made it quick and easy to make a claim or book an appointment through your Heating and Boiler Cover.

Step 1

Is it urgent?

If you need immediate help you can call us 24/7. For non-urgent repairs, you can book an appointment by logging in to MyAviva and following the instructions or by calling. Please have your policy number to hand.

Step 2

We’ll send an engineer

We’ll arrange for a HomeServe-approved engineer to visit at a time that suits you best. They’ll repair your gas boiler or heating system providing they passed the initial health check.

Step 3

Job done

Once your engineer has made the repair or completed the check, that’s it – all done. And we’ll be there to service your boiler as normal each year, keeping you safe and warm.
