What happens next?

A financial crime expert will review your report. They may email you to request further details or to tell you we’ve referred your report to a more appropriate team. If you have documents (such as emails or letters) that would be helpful for us to see, please have them ready to send to us.

If you’re worried that your MyAviva may not be secure, please reset your password as a precaution. You can do this by attempting to log in and clicking on ‘Forgot your details?’.

If you’ve made a payment and are now worried it may have been a scam, please report it to your bank straight away so they can secure your account. We’ll contact you as soon as we can.
