You asked: How do I make a claim on my Aviva Response policy?
If you’ve not chosen an excess on your policy and you need non-urgent help with an incident covered by this policy, you can book an appointment with a HomeServe approved engineer online via MyAviva.
If you have an excess, you need help quickly in an emergency or if you need to make any other claim, you can call us on 0345 030 7310. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For our joint protection, telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Note: If you suspect a gas leak, please call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.
