You asked: If there’s a ‘no deal’ Brexit, will my passenger rights (e.g. compensation from the airline for cancellation or delays) be affected?
The UK Government has published guidance on ‘Passenger travel to the EU by air, rail or sea after Brexit' which covers potential travel disruption and UK passenger rights post-Brexit.
E.g. ‘For air passengers on a flight departing the UK, the same passenger rights that apply today will continue to apply after the UK left the EU’.
Note: The current EU passenger rights will still apply for inbound flights from the EU.
