I want to cancel my motor insurance policy from the date of renewal

We're sorry to see you go

You must read the below cancellation terms before completing the form to request cancellation.

When you ask us to cancel a policy on a given date, your insurance for all vehicles covered on that policy will finish on that day. This means that if you ask to cancel on the 3rd of the month, your insurance for all vehicles will finish at 23:59 on the 2nd and you'll no longer be insured on the 3rd.

Please check your final payment has been collected, prior to cancelling your Direct Debit. We apply for a payment 3 days before the collection date and it usually takes up to 3 working days to be notified by the bank of whether or not a Direct Debit payment has been successful.

If you're looking to cancel your policy midterm before its renewal date, please use our cancel policy before renewal form.

In some cases, you don't need to cancel and just need to use a different form.
