Manage your policy

If you have a Speedy Diagnostics policy, it's there for you to access diagnostic tests quickly, with appointments at times to suit you. We no longer offer Speedy Diagnostics to new customers, but you can still manage your policy and make a claim as usual.

How to make a claim

We want to make sure things go smoothly if you need to make a claim.

Step 1

See your GP

First, see your GP. If you’re referred for tests or consultations, tell your GP that you have insurance with us as the costs could be covered by your policy. If you arrange appointments before contacting us, we may not be able to approve a claim.

Step 2

Contact us

Call us on 0800 158 3333* to start your claim  (Monday to Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm). We’ll ask you for your personal details, policy number, your symptoms and any information or referrals from your GP.

Step 3

Book your diagnostic tests

We’ll let you know the facilities and specialists covered by your policy. You can also download and view the list below. We can settle most bills directly with a hospital and many specialists send their bills straight to us.
