Our car insurance covers you against the cost of accidents and damage. You can choose from our comprehensive or third party, fire and theft insurance. Prices from £210. That's all 10% of customers paid 1.

Comprehensive Car Insurance

What’s covered

    Cover if your vehicle is lost, stolen or damaged

    Cover if you injure someone or damage their vehicle or property in an accident

    If you’re in an accident with an uninsured driver that wasn’t your fault 2

    We’ll make your vehicle roadworthy with roadside repairs, or cover up to £150 for accommodation or public transport 
  • Driving other cars
    Cover for driving someone else’s car (if you’re aged 25 or over) 4
  • Legal costs
    Cover for legal costs if you’re involved in an accident
  • Motor injury protection
    Cover for you, your partner and named drivers for death or serious injury after a motor accident 
  • Individual no claim discount
    Earn a no claims discount on each vehicle you insure 

What’s not covered

Unfortunately, we can’t cover everything – make sure you’re happy with what’s not covered, including:

  • Electrical breakdown
    Including problems with the on-board computers – as well as electrical components
  • Tyres
    Any punctures, cuts or bursts – including those caused by braking
  • Resale value
    We can’t cover you for any loss in value of your car after repair

Unfortunately, we can’t cover everything – make sure you’re happy with what’s not covered, including:

  • New vehicle replacement 
    Not included with this cover option
  • Medical expenses
    Any medical expenses if you’ve been injured in an accident
  • Personal belongings
    Loss or damage to any of your personal belongings
  • Replacement locks 
    Locks, transmitters and immobilisers if your keys are lost or stolen
  • Replacement glass
    Repair or replacement of glass

Let us know

You can make a claim online or call us anytime on 0345 030 6925. 6

You'll need your policy number to start your claim – so it's a good idea to have this to hand.

Step 2

Expert review

We'll take a look at your claim and work out how best to help you.

We’ll review any photos or documents you’ve sent us as part of your claim and ask you for details of anyone else involved. 

Step 3

We'll respond quickly

We'll get back to you as soon as we can to sort things out.

Depending on your cover, we'll organise repairs to get you back on the road. Or work with you to settle your claim if your vehicle can't be fixed. 

Driving abroad?

Green cards are not required to drive in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, Serbia or Andorra at this time but may be required at the end of the Brexit transition period, 31 December 2020.
