Does Aviva use independent financial advisers?

We only use our own financial advisers at Aviva Financial Advice. They can consider all your pensions and investments, regardless of who provides them, but can only recommend our products and services. That said, their role is to get you the best result, whether that’s through our services or not. So, if our service isn’t right for you, they may refer you to a trusted partner.

Just so you know, our advisers are paid a salary, based on their expertise—they’re not paid on commission. So they’ll have no financial incentive to push products that aren’t right for you.
