How do I make a claim?

Once you've been referred by your GP, you can make a claim by using your secure MyAviva account online. You can also call us on 0800 158 3333 or send us an email: Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm. Calls may be monitored or recorded. Calls to 0800 numbers from UK landlines and mobiles are free.
