You asked: I have a direct debit policy what happens at renewal?
Your renewal will be generated a month before your renewal date, and we will send you a reminder in the post at least 21 days before the renewal date. We may also send you an email or text.
If you pay by direct debit or continuous card payment your policy will renew automatically unless you have contacted us to cancel your continuous payment authority since you purchased the policy or your last renewal. If this is the case we will advise you of this in your renewal letter.
Please ensure that you have told us about any changes that may affect your cover.
