You asked: How do I change payment details?

You can change your direct debit details online quickly and easily using MyAviva. (Please note you won't be able to change your direct debit details if a payment is being processed or you are approaching renewal)

Once logged into MyAviva simply follow the below steps:

  • Click on the policy you want to view
  • Click "Details"
  • Click "Amend my policy"
  • Click "Payment details"
