How our claims process works

Whatever happens, we’re here when you need us – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

1

Let us know

If you’ve had an accident or need to make a claim, call us on 0345 030 6925 1.

You'll need your policy number to start your claim – so it's a good idea to have this to hand.

2

Expert review

We'll take a look at your claim and work out how best to help you.

We’ll review any photos or documents you’ve sent us as part of your claim and ask you for details of anyone else involved.

3

We’ll respond quickly

We'll get back to you as soon as we can to sort things out.

Depending on your cover, we can organise repairs to get you back on the road. Or work with you and other parties to settle your claim for a replacement vehicle.

Driving abroad?

In the event of a “no deal” Brexit, you’ll need to request a Green Card if you’re driving in European Economic Area (EEA), Andorra, Serbia and Switzerland.
