After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. I wanted a quick and easy way to purchase house insurance with limits preset and no lengthy forms Aviva offered this option and met all my needs

Aviva Plus cheaper premiums

Aviva house insurance up for renewal. Renewal policy premiums higher than last year. Rang Aviva to see if any discount as long-term customer - NO. Quoted online with Aviva-Plus. This quote was cheaper for regular cover & was better than original Aviva renewal policy quote. I am impressed & pleased of the saving for higher level cover. I highly recommend Aviva-Plus home insurance. ( MUST COVER BOTH CONTENTS & BUILDINGS FOR THIS).

Great price and excellent customer service

Needed a quick quote for home insurance and decided to call Aviva rather than complete endless forms on line. Very helpful agent, knew his stuff and didn't try to up sell. Halved renewal quote received from another "big brand". Aviva do not charge extra for paying monthly. Positive experience, would definitely recommend.

I received the renewals and it mentioned 'Aviva Plus' so I went on and did a quote and then went on 'chat' to discuss the differences with Aviva Plus and the existing cover. Like many of us, we were paying for 'cover' that was not really required ...... We have saved a significant amount, which is most important when you are on a fixed income. Well done, Aviva!

Easy to Follow Online Application Form

Aviva Plus Home Insurance. Having completed an online application, I realised how uncomplicated it was. It was clearly postmarked and guidance was more than sequencially set against my individual insurance needs. Thank you to Aviva for plain english text.

Great beginning, fell away quickly.....

Very easy to navigate the on-line quotation process and to get a decent quote for home insurance. Upon confirming, received the link to My Aviva so I could review the policy documents but it didn't work, saying the policy didn't exist. Called the helpline and explained the problem and the helpful lady said they'd sort it out, that the policy was in place, and that they'd send the documents in the post whilst they sorted out the problem. It took a further phone call to get the My Aviva to work properly despite then receiving an email saying the problem would take longer to fix (even though it had been). And the documents promised by post never arrived. So, in summary, easy to get the quote and buy the policy but quite stressful getting My Aviva to work and to actually feel confident that the policy is in place.
