Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Good customer service to a point.

Have received all the documentation by post but somewhat disappointed with the fact I cannot access either my car or home insurance details as promised ON LINE. Aviva sent me an email saying it was an IT problem and that they would resolve it. That was in July, it is now October and still waiting.
