Make a claim online – it's easy
If it’s not an emergency, the easiest way to start your claim is online. Make sure you have these ready before you start:
- Policy number – you can find this in MyAviva
- Your personal details, plus details of anyone else claiming on this policy
- Details about your trip, for example, date of travel, airline (if it's relevant)
View your documents online
You can now view your documents online by logging in to MyAviva.

For our joint protection, telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored and will be saved for a minimum of 5 years. Calls to 0800 numbers from UK landlines and mobiles are free. The cost of calls to 03 prefixed numbers are charged at national call rates (charges may vary dependent on your network provider) and are usually included in inclusive minute plans from landlines and mobiles.
