What's not covered
We can't cover any plumbing, electrical or security problems within the first 14 days of your cover - but we’ll provide you with a quote for repairs. Other things not included in cover are:
- External gas supply pipe (responsibility of National Grid)
- Any gas appliances, oil-fired heating systems or under-floor heating
- Repairs to external guttering, rainwater downpipes and soakaways
Electrics and Security exclusions
- Household appliances
- Replacing locks or lost keys if you have access to another set
