You asked: Should I expect to be fully recovered after physiotherapy treatment?

The goals of physiotherapy treatment are to achieve a good level of improvement in your symptoms and, as far as possible, to try to return you to your everyday activities as they were before your injury or the onset of your symptoms. Please be aware that this may not mean 100% recovery. This may only be achieved after a period of self-management using the advice and exercises provided by your physiotherapist. Our ultimate aim is to enable you to reach a level of recovery where you can be comfortable and confident to carry on with your self-management programme.
