Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Extra Excess was a Surprise

Had car insurance for 6 year old BMW. Cancelled this on acquiring a 3 year old Mercedes. Expected some increase in premium but was disappointed that there was an additional excess. This made Ariva less competitive but I stayed with them for this year.

There was a problem with my online account when I first tried to get a quote. When I called up the staff never doubted the issue and resolved everything patiently answering all my questions.

Really Professional Service

I was delighted to place my car insurance with AVIVA after so much uncertainty with other providers. All the staff with whom I spoke were so friendly, knowledgeable and interested to listen to what I had to say. My cover is much more than I could have obtained elsewhere and I would definitely recommend AVIVA Plus to anyone who wants a good comprehensive cover with additional services. I now have complete peace of mind to enjoy my new car.

Easy and quick

Totally happy with Aviva ,straight forward to apply for my car insurance, just took minutes. And happily my Spanish no claims of five years was accepted without any problems. My son recommended Aviva and I'm so pleased he did.

Helpful staff to take out insurance. Proof of the pudding will be if there is a claim.

Car insurance. Relatively easy to take out, despite some website issues, as staff really helpful with problems, both online and by phone. Not the cheapest, but it appears to give good cover, especially for foreign use. I do feel apprehensive about the documents I have received however, which seem heavy on small print and are much less simple and easy to read than my previous insurer’s documents. I am concerned about the implications for making a claim, should it be needed. Let’s hope everyone would be as helpful at that stage.
