In addition to aiming to help you make better decisions about your insurance, we use these reviews to improve our products and services.

Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Good morning! I’ve just started with aviva insurance plan and is all great so far but I didn’t even have chance to use my insurance (if that makes any sense) but I got a ton of emails about your service already , jezuz Christ people!!!! I can imagine is an automatic email but is annoying to receive more emails from you than from my own work. If there is something I would improve is to just send one email as a feedback to a service and keep it like that. ONE IS ENOUGH. I hope whoever is reading this has a good day and can pass the message to upper level management who decides about the email bombarding. Thank you.

Hi Agata, Thank you for insuring with us this year. I'm sorry to hear though that you feel a little bombarded by the number of emails that you've received since setting that up. We do email you to confirm your policy has been set up & then again with an invite to register for a MyAviva online account to view it but if you've received multiples of these or further marketing emails I do apologise. If you'd like us to remove your email address from any further marketing emails then please contact us so we can update this for you. Shopped around, this was a good deal, not particularly looking for monthly payments however at 0 percent seemed silly not too.

Great.....but.

Purchased car insurance online great till I got emails saying need to prove NCB . Did the upload only to be told work later still need info . Had he make phone calls but yo be fair the guy did call back next day as promised to confirm no recived all required info.
