Quick & Simple

Changed from a long-standing insurer who wanted to charge me over 150 pounds extra . So I opted for the European rescue too and sm still saving . I chose Aviva as we use them on our fleet at work and my experience with them is excellent right from claim start to end and so quick !!!

Having been messed around by my previous company, who were only offering a small reduction on this years premium, I thought time to look around. Aviva offered a better deal and were quick and efficient.

I recently bought car insurance from Aviva. Not only was it cheaper than other quotes but I got MORE for my money!!! Other insurance companies wouldn't quote on fully comp international cover but Aviva did & all included in one annual price. No more upgrade faff every time I go away to the continent. - BRILLIANT, thanks Aviva!

Good prices

Obtained a quote for car insurance which is very competitive with comparison sites. The AvivaPlus policy has added benefits of no admin charges and you can pay in installments without interest added. Normally I like to pay in a 1 off, but due to no admin charges for amendments, this was more appealing. I could of got insurance slightly cheaper, but the admin charges were a lot and customer service wasn't scored highly on them. Have not had to contact directly yet, so unable to comment on any actual customer service experience.

Not perfect regrettably.

You had to admit an error with your admin but advised me of it 24 hours before I was going to make a formal complaint. I have bought Aviva Plus car insurance (for which you removed money from my bank account on the day I made my decision) but no policy arrived either by mail or email. While trying to access my “My Aviva” account I could not make any progress because I lacked a validation code. It took three phone calls to get this resolved, so my baptism has not been an easy one. But on the plus side the policy does represent good value for money.
