Swift and helpful responce

Damaged carpets removed and replaced to a very good standard Fitters efficient and tidy Myonly let down was being talked into replacing all the underlay which I was told was unnecessary and cost me 500pounds .Because not enough of the underlay was damaged in the accident I had to pay if I had known just the damaged bits would have been replaced but it's done now thank u AVIVA

Fantastic

Recently damaged my relatively new TV. Called Aviva, the male handler I dealt with ( i think Brian) had the claim resolved, and an offer of a new TV delivered in under 10 minutes on the call. No fuss, no stress, as I have experienced with other insurers. When I called back to pay my excess and actually order my TV, Donna was fantastic, she emailed me the full TV spec so I could ensure I was happy with the model before committing. Flawless experience....another reason why I will be renewing my insurance next month with Aviva.
